Nobis Hotel is located in a historic landmark building constructed in 1903. It was designed by architect Martin Borch, and between 1972 and 2008 it housed the Royal Danish Academy of Music. The incredible marble staircase that now marvels guests has been kept intact since those years.

During Christmas the Academy would host a gala, and the stairs were used for a beautiful musical moment. An orchestra would stand at the bottom of it, while the staircase was filled with carol singers who would delight the ambience with their soothing voices. The hotel’s high ceilings were wonderful for acoustics, and they are now a clear reminder of the hotel’s historical and everlasting beauty.
